Makes 2 cups of Green Tea Yogurt Herbal Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 Packets of I.E. Green Tea
- 1/2 cup packed fresh dill
- 1/2 cup packed fresh mint
- 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup packed fresh basil
- 2 scallions, white and green parts, sliced
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of Kosher salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
For Serving:
Raw Julienned vegetable and/or pita chips
Instructions:
Pulse the ingredients in a food processor until incorporated and smooth. Serve by adding about two to three tablespoons of the dip in the bottom of a small clear glass or plastic cup and tuck julienned vegetables into the dip. Add pita chips on the side for dipping
