IE Green Tea Lemon-Strawberry-Ginger Smoothie
We all know that smoothies can pack essential nutrients and get our days off to a great start.
This I.E. Green Tea based smoothie has loads of nutrients and packs 300 mg of antioxidants!
The combination of bananas and strawberries is packed with all kinds of good, healthy nutrients including fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and vitamin A. Of course, I.E. Green Tea is loaded with 300mg of antioxidants.

- 1 packet IE Green Tea Lemon Green Tea
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- Water to blend (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender to your preferred consistency and Enjoy!
