Raspberry Firecracker Grilled Shrimp

Raspberry Firecracker Grilled Shrimp (with Rapberry I.E. Green Tea)



¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 

½ stick salted butter, melted

2 oz. Cholula sauce 

Cracked Himalayan salt to taste

Fresh cracked pepper to taste

Crushed red pepper to taste

1 lb. (15 count) jumbo shrimp, deveined, shell on

Raspberry I.E. Green Tea Sauce

¼ stick of salted butter, melted

Raspberry I.E. Green Tea

Juice from 1 lemon

Prepare the Shrimp:

Whisk ingredients from olive oil through crushed red pepper together in a medium bowl. Add thawed shrimp and mix. Cover and refrigerate.

Grill:

For best results, use a smoking hot charcoal grill or a gas grill works, too! Grill shrimp for 4–5 minutes on each side. Finish by brushing the grilled shrimp with the Raspberry I.E. Green Tea Sauce

Prepare the Sauce:

Whisk the butter, packet of Raspberry I.E. Green Tea and lemon juice
