Immunity Boosting, I.E. Green Tea Ginger Turmeric Hot Shots

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of I.E. Green Tea 
  • 1 tsp of ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 large knobs of ginger
  • 2 limes, juiced 
  • 2 cups water 
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 

Instructions

  • Peel, then chop the ginger
  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender or juicer
  • Puree until there are no large chunks remaining, chill, pour into shot glasses and enjoy!
