Green Tea Fruit Smoothie

Switch up your usual breakfast routine with a green tea smoothie spiced up with fruity additions. This simple recipe is a great way to get your daily nutrition and energy while easily switching up the endless flavor possibilities!

½ Cup of Fresh or Frozen Fruit

2 Frozen Bananas

1 Packet of your choice to any of our I.E. Green Teas

1 Cup of Milk of your choice (We love it with Coconut Milk)


First blend the milk and green tea packet for 20-30 seconds. Then add the fresh fruit of your choice and frozen bananas. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Garnish your morning treat with some of that fresh fruit you picked earlier, and enjoy!
